I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a specialty in Trauma. I believe healing happens when therapy meets you where you are. I use evidence-based approaches like EMDR, ART, IFS, DBT, and psychoeducation to support trauma recovery, life transitions, and emotional wellness. Whether you need individual, family, or couples therapy, I’m here to help. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I specialize in working with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to healing or personal growth. Whether you're setting boundaries, managing emotions, or working to feel more grounded, starting therapy can feel uncomfortable. You don’t need to be in crisis to want change, sometimes just saying things out loud in a steady space makes all the difference.

I often use EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and mindfulness-based approaches in my practice. In our work together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck and use structured, trauma-focused techniques to help your brain and body process those experiences, creating meaningful change that goes beyond talk therapy.
