Heal Your Roots Wellness was founded by Kira Yakubov Ploshansky, LMFT — a clinician who has been through every stage of clinical work, from new grad to multistate group practice owner. The platform exists to give clinicians the directory, community, and tools she wished existed when she was building her own practice.

We are privately held and clinician-led. There is no venture fund waiting on a 10x exit, no board pressuring us to raise prices to chase growth. We answer to our members.

Yes. The directory listing is free forever, with no expiration. There is no paywall to be searchable and matchable. License verification, the 30-day availability refresh, and the 48-hour response window apply to free and paid clinicians equally.

What's the difference between free and paid?

Free gets you a verified directory profile and inclusion in client matching. Paid adds the private clinician community, internal referral network, full resource library, AI training, HYR Systems tool access at member pricing, and turns your profile into a living portfolio you can publish to.

What happens to founding pricing after 500 seats?

Founding pricing is locked for the life of your subscription. Once 500 paid seats fill across all plans, only new members pay standard pricing. If you sign up at $19.99/month today, you'll still pay $19.99/month in 2030.

Do I need to be in a specific state?

No. Heal Your Roots Wellness is a national directory. Clients filter by state and telehealth availability, so any licensed clinician in the US can list. We'll add your state and license verification during onboarding.

I run a group practice — how does team billing work?

One subscription per practice, per-seat pricing, one invoice. You manage seats from a team admin dashboard — invite clinicians, see who is active, and add or remove seats as your practice changes. New seats added during Founding 500 stay at the founding rate.

Are you VC-funded?

No. Heal Your Roots Wellness is privately held and clinician-led. The founder is a working LMFT and former group-practice owner. No board pressuring us to raise prices in three years.
