About Eryka Sandridge, LMHC-FL, LMHCA-WA
Hi, I’m Eryka, founder of Therapeutic Services, LLC. I am a licensed mental health therapist dedicated to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. I work with adolescents, adults, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem, relationship concerns, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. My approach to therapy is compassionate, authentic, and personalized because I believe healing looks different for everyone.
With experience providing individual and family therapy across a variety of mental health needs, I focus on helping clients build practical coping skills, improve emotional awareness, strengthen communication, and develop healthier patterns in their daily lives and relationships. I value authenticity in the therapeutic process and strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable showing up as themselves without fear of judgment.
During sessions, clients can expect a collaborative and supportive experience that balances emotional processing with meaningful growth. Therapy with me is not about having all the answers or being perfect, it’s about creating space to heal, gain insight, and move forward with confidence. My goal is to meet clients where they are while helping them develop the tools needed to navigate life more effectively and create lasting change.
