Donna Sotomayor, M.Ed, Ed.S — Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern
About Donna Sotomayor
Hi! I’m Donna and I’m a second generation Vietnamese American therapist. As a daughter of immigrants, I learned that mental health among the BIPOC communities was and is a need that still carries stigma and isn’t as accessible as it should be. It is my goal to provide quality and accessible care to BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities while simultaneously normalizing mental health care.
I offer individual and relationship therapy to BIPOC Gen Z & Millennials who are wanting to improve their relationships with themselves and their loved ones. I realize that rherapy can be scary and intimidating and I’m here to make it feel more approachable. You are encouraged to show up as your full self, even on days when you don’t even want to do therapy, because I get it.
