Colorado Continuing Education Requirements

Continuing education requirements for mental health professionals licensed in Colorado.

• LMFT: 40 CE hours every 2 years — 40 Professional Development Hours per 2-year cycle under the DORA Continuing Professional Development programme. No mandated subject topics.
• LAC: 40 CE hours every 2 years — 40 Professional Development Hours per 2-year cycle under the DORA Continuing Professional Development programme. No mandated subject topics.
• LPC: 40 CE hours every 2 years — 40 Professional Development Hours per 2-year cycle under the DORA Continuing Professional Development programme. No mandated subject topics. Renewal deadline June 30 of odd-numbered years.
