I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in trauma work. I approach therapy as a process of understanding rather than fixing. Many emotional patterns develop as ways to survive when safety, connection, or support were limited. My work focuses on helping clients explore these patterns with honesty and compassion, strengthening self-awareness, self-trust, and a sense of agency in their lives. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University, with an academic background in philosophy that informs my reflective, integrative approach. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, with training in CPT, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, MI, IFS, and hypnotherapy. I provide both individual and group therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s needs.
